Frequently Asked Questions

What is sourdough?

Sourdough is a type of bread made from a naturally fermented dough. It's known for its unique tangy flavor and chewy texture, achieved through a fermentation process that relies on naturally occurring wild yeast and lactic acid bacteria.

What makes your sourdough special?

Our sourdough is made using traditional methods and is naturally fermented for over 16 hours, allowing for complex flavors to develop. We do not use any commercial yeast in our products, resulting in a more flavorful and easily digestible bread. Our sourdough is not organic but it is vegan.

How should I store my sourdough bread?

To maintain freshness, we recommend storing your sourdough bread in a paper bag at room temperature. Avoid storing it in plastic, as this can cause the crust to become soggy. Sourdough bread can also be frozen for longer storage.
